2. Data we process

• Identification and contact data: name, surname, phone, email and postal address.
• Data about your animal: name, species, breed, age, clinical history, treatments, tests and veterinary notes.
• Browsing data: IP, device, pages visited and cookies (see the Cookies policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing veterinary services. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal health obligations.
• Appointment management via web, phone, WhatsApp or the booking platform. Legal basis: contract and consent.
• Responding to enquiries via form, email or phone. Legal basis: consent.
• Reminders for vaccinations, check-ups or treatments. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent.
• Compliance with legal obligations — accounting, tax and health regulations.

4. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the care relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Once those periods elapse, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except to comply with a legal obligation or to provide the requested service: public administrations, external laboratories or veterinary specialists, and technology providers acting as data processors.

No international transfers outside the EEA are foreseen.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@lasalut.es or contacting the clinic in person.

You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

8. Minors

The services on this website are addressed to adults.
